Salon Policies 


DEPOSIT
Due to an increase in "no shows"/ late cancellations we are having to introduce a deposit system. The deposit will be taken off the final bill for your service. 
If you miss an appointment or you are a new client we will require a deposit to make an appointment. 

CANCELLATIONS
We require 48hrs notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. If it is less than 48hrs you will be required to pay another deposit. 
We understand that things crop up that are unavoidable and we will be mindful of this.

LATE FOR APPOINTMENT
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule at your stylists discretion. This may result in a new deposit.

PATCH TEST
All new colour clients require a patch test at least 48hours prior to your appointment. Exisiting clients who have not had a colour within the last 6 months will also require another patch test. It is also necessary to retest anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, recently had covid or taking new medication. 
we will automatically cancel any appointment if a patch test has not been carried out and a new deposit will be required to book again. 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Only one promotion or discount can be applied per service. 

If in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with the service we have provided please contact us within 72hours of your initial appointment. We will arrange a convenient time so we can review your service.
